Listening to "Nation, Forgive Us" by We Are the Fury inspired this fanfic. Each chapter will have a line from the song. I'm unsure as to how long this will be, but hopefully you guys will like it.

You wanna talk about indecision?
“What’s it going to be?” His voice said, ringing in her ears. He didn’t mean it to be so condescending, but her insecurities got the best of her, and the tears began to fall.
“I-I don’t know.” She replied, her voice wavering under the stress. She thought she saw his brown eyes softening but it could have been the light causing her to see things. It was dark in the room they were trapped in, and the small space they shared was causing her to become slightly dizzy.
The situation was one neither of them could remember how they got themselves into, but they knew they had one of two options: face whatever was on the other side of the door or run.
“We need to decide what to do. Now.” He said, sighing.
But decisions never come easy when they’re needed, and all she could think about was how this all began.
