Okay girls. I've decided to put up another FF. But only if you girls want me to. I'll post the prolegue, and then it's up to you to decide.
A Paper Heart
Prolegue:
I glared over at the brown skater haired boy with my girl. He had his arm around her shoulder like he was her boyfriend. Not me. But I was the real boyfriend here. Not him. You see, I haven't been able to see my girl, Kayla, for a long time. Two years max. I wanted to make it up to her by taking her out. Turns out, she wanted to add another guy in.
Kayla looked as if she didn't mind that his arm was around her shoulder and that I could see everything. Her hazel eyes were glued to the television screen. I couldn't watch the movie knowing that my girlfriend was flirting with another guy. She rested her head on my shoulder and I looked down. She smiled and looked up at me. I smiled back. Now there was the girl I fell in love with. I turned and watched the movie until it finished. It was fairly good.
"Well. I'm beat" the brown skater haired boy said.
I found out that his name was Jake. He got up and so did Kayla and I.
"Nice seeing you again Kay-bearella" Jake said opening his arms.
I saw Kayla giving Jake a hug and winced. She then broke free and walked to my side wrapping her arms around my waist. I wrapped my arm around her shoulder showing Jake that she was already taken. Jake glared at me. I glared back.
"By Kay" he said before walking to the door.
He stopped and glared at me for a brief 20 seconds. Then left. Once his car was down the street, I felt relaxed.
"So? Tell me about your tour" she said sitting on the couch.
She patted the spot beside her and I sat there.
"Boring" I said.
She giggled.
"Why?"
I smiled and looked up at the ceiling.
"Because you weren't there with me"
There was an awkward silence between both of us. Then I broke the silence.
"Who is Jake?" I asked.
"A family friend" she replied.
I frowned. Something wasn't right.
"You guys looked more like a couple than family friends" I stated.
She looked up at me confused.
"What's that supposed to mean?" she asked.
I shrugged.
"Nothing. It's just that I don't approve of my girl flirting with other guys" I said.
She got up.
"Get out"
I got up.
"What?" I asked.
She looked angry now.
"Get out" she repeated.
My eyes widened.
"Y-You can't kick me out! I'm your boyfriend!" I protested.
"Well now I am. Get out before I call Mike"
I walked out of the house silently. Mike was her older brother. He was twenty-one. And big. Very big.
