I have unsupportive JB parents! I feel like I am the only one who has unsupportive parents. Does anyone have unsupportive parents?!?! ~Christina Lynn

Oh yeah. My dad doesn't believe they exist, and my mom doesn't care. When I told her about Nick being on Broadway, I forgot one of the shows and said "Isn't that sad?" She replied, oh so nicely, "What's sad is the fact that you know this story." So yeah, they're not that supportive. But that's why I come here!
Oh I know!! I was asking my mom what the chance was of me ever marrying Nick and she said ONE OUT OF A BILLION!! :( and then... my mom tells me I am weird and that they are JUST a stupid band!! they also said that if i give it a few years, they will be the lamest band and no one like them anymore!!! AND I QUOTE!! "THEY ARE GOING TO END UP JUST LIKE DONNY OSMOND!! JUST YOU WAIT, AS SOON AS THEY GET MARRIED OR RUN OUT OF SONG IDEAS, THEY WILL BE OUTCASTS!!!" that outraged me!! oh and not only do my parents not support me, but my brothers call me a retartd for liking them. Also, my teacher wont even let me put Catherine Jonas on my papers when he knows perfectly well who i am!!!!
I am glad that I am not the only one. =] My parents wouldnt even let me go to a concert =[ or let me put up any Jonas posters. I have all my Jonas stuff in my closet. I am running out of room to!

my dad likes to make fun of me and taunt me about how they are gay, just bc i get pouty.
my mom just tells me to grow up.
i am grown.
just not in the jonas area.
and i spent my 20th birthday with them.
and i plan to see them again this summer.

although i can pretty much call my own shots, im sure you girls have to run it thru your parents. which in that case, i feel for you =( and i hope they dont come in the way of jonas shows!
My mom always tells me that in a few years another cute band will come around and i will forget about the jonas brothers, but i yelled at her :). I followed nsync all the way(even though JB is a lot better than nsync). I absolutely love JB but my mom doesnt understand...i guess its an OJD thing.

my parents are exactly the same...but what makes it worse is that i have 3 sisters that all hate the boys too...so the mention of them causes a riot within the house...
i just bite the bullet and do it all myself...like the hm movie is being released next week here in australia...i went and booked the tickets and organised a friend to come along (a 2.5 hour train trip) and then told my parents that i was going...they were mad but i paid for everything myself...and it is the same with jonas concerts (if they come here) ill do exactly the same, get some friends to go to sydney with me, book the hotel and train it down...
