Ok, so has anyone's OJD ever brought trouble in the home? My mom has been yelling at me none stop since about October, and its all about the jonas brothers, she gets tired of hearing the songs in the backgrounds and the posters covering every inch of my room. And more so then ever becuase i got my 3 year old sister involved, she knows all the words to all there songs. So my parents can't get away from OJD in our house.
same here. i dont have a 3 year old sisyter but the rest is true. sont try to annoy her. i did that and now all of my posters are gone.
I know how you feel. My mom gets so annoyed and is always saying how I'm "too obsessed".
My grandmother said if she heard 'Hold On' one more time,she'd kill me. xD
But yeah. My parents don't understand,but they could be way worse.
My mom usually doesn't care that much..but today she told me to come "Back to life, and out of Jonas land!" I didn't really say anything and continued what I was doing!!
But, if your parents get annoyed over your OJD...just remind them 1) Their music is better than rap and 2) The Jonas Brothers keep you out of trouble!!!
My parents say I'm too obsessed over people I don't even know can you believe it. I have to remind my mom of her teenage days and how she'd be obsessed with a group. But JB are way better than the bands she liked.
well the only one in my house that really gets mad at me is my sister who has horrible tast in music (imo) and every time i find wierd ways to relate them to our conversations she get sooooooooooo mad at me. and then my parents just remind her about how obsessed she was with Lord of The Rings at my age (maybe a little older) and how im not nearly as bad, which is saying sumthin b/c i am pretty bad...
OMJ that's exacty what my mom says!!! She's always like "you're in Jonas Land!!" and what u said is what i tell my parents ALL the time that jb is such a good influence etc.....
Jonasland is my paradise!!! Oh my mom doesn't usually care because even though I have it, I do well in school (Jonas Brothers want you to do well, so why not?). BUT, sometimes when I'm doing Jonas stuff and my mom asks me to do something, I say hold on (like the song hehe) and I never do it or I forget. I've always done that, but its gotten worse by Jonasness. My sister thinks they're alright, but she makes fun of how obsessed I am (but she was of N*SYNIC just not as bad). My mom is just glad they're good role models, it's not doing any harm to me (usually), and they actually play their own instruments which has gotten me into wanting to learn to play guitar (she's also glad we don't have to pay for on right away since we have an acoustic guitar). But I don't think she's completely thrilled she's taking me to see them in August!

Yeah she is stating to get annoyed with it but finds it entertaining watching me and my sisters OJD. If the Jonas Brothers are on T.V. She knows well be watching it in the living room which means shes stucj watching it as well. She hates my wall of Jonas and told me no more but it hasn't stopped me and she no longer cares for it grows larger everyday. She finds it weird that we could stand out for ten hours with out food sitting or a potty break in the sun in Orlando to see them without complaning once. And she even jokes with us in ways that aren't funny to us but funny to her, for an example while we were watching them on Dancing With The Stars, she said Nick couldn't sing, well we pretty much chewed her out on that one in anger rage.....
