Well... I first found out about them on Radio Disney. I think my first song was 'Year 3000' but I really didn't get too into them. Then 'S.O.S.' came out on the radio, then 'When You Look Me In the Eyes' and I just kind of decided I liked them. (But I didn't buy the CD yet.) Then just a couple weeks ago my friend Jenn was talking about them at a youth group bonfire that was held at her house and how she's obsessed and everything. So I started talking with her about it, and she showed my friend and I her room, which was covered in JB everything. I liked Camp Rock and I loved the new song 'Burnin' Up' - so I decided to watch some YouTube videos. I immediately decided I was in love with these boys after seeing/hearing ALBL. Nick's speech really inspired me, because diabeties is a big thing in our family, since a lot of us have it (no one in my actual like immediate family) and my pappy has that along with many other conditions. Type 1 especially runs, so I need to protect myself and stay healthy so I DON'T get it. So that really hit it home, for me. Jenn and I talked a lot more about them, I bought the JB cd, and now I'm just in love! My room is plastered in pics, and I just love them. I don't know how I didn't know about them sooner - I mean, as much as I do now. :-)

Sorry that was long. I'm really hyper and excited right now so I'm very talkative!! Jenn is coming over to watch the boys in 3-D in just a little bit :-)

It's totally and completely my friend Lauren's fault [you may know her... types in this font? Yepppers]. I actually hated JB [egad] because her and my friend Kliz were SO obsessed with them. [they got obsessed I think around the end of 06-07 school year] Not because I actually hated the boys, but because my friends wouldn't shut up and I got sick of "Jonas this, Jonas that." But then I had a sleepover with Miss Lauren, and she made me a fan, thanks to kazillions of videos [their YouTube ones, interviews, etc.] and it only took one more sleepover for me to fall for Joe. I didn't actually become a true fan who appreciates their music and everything till later.

I don't think OJD really kicked in until my first concert [BOBW tour].

Now I'm in remeniscing mode...

I got into JB around the end of my seventh grade year, which was like, May '07. I had heard of them, always thought Nick was hot, blah blah blah, but never really gave them a second glance. So, it was summer, and I was to spend a great deal of my day watching my little sisters a lot. I started getting bored, and while on the computer, decided, "Hey, what about those Jonas Brothers? Maybe I'll check out their music and stuff." Welllll, I looked around on different JB sites, watched some of their wild videos, and the rest, my friends, is history. I got totally hooked over the next couple of weeks, spread my Jonas love to all my friends, and TADA. Here I am. I'm really thankful I found them when I did. I was going through a really crappy phase at the time, and when I got my OJD, the boys kinda changed me. If I couldn't see them doing something, I couldn't do it either. Stopped lots of bad habits because of them. God knows where I'd be, had it not been for them.
Sigh. I love them so much. <3
