My Parents cant even say Jonas anymore im so annoying with them. Trust me..Its bad. My mom yellls at me when i talk about them.

My dad called them f------ Losers. I kickes him in the knee. I got grunded. My DAD HATES THEM he says they dont play real music. My mom LIKES them..But she HATES me for loving them. Its ridculous. I had my mom make me drive all the way to Florida for a show i didnt have tix 2. They let me in ahyway. I went with a large group of people :D.

My mom torem down 5 walls of posters and they were sexy.
I was so mad i cried and locked myself in my room for 3 days.
How do YOUR parents handle OJD?
My parent's don't get mad...they just get annoyed. Like they'll roll their eyes and stuff.
But what they do is they take advantage of my ojd and will be like "THE JONAS BROTHERS ARE ON TV, COME QUICK!!!!" and i'll run out and then they won't be on tv or something....they just like to see me freak out....
then when i asked for jb tix for my 2nd concert my dad asked "Why do you need to see them again? You already saw them once" but that means he just doesn't wanna pay......
so i guess they're just annoyed and hoping that i'll get over it.....but----"It's not a phase, this is how it is and this is how it's gonna stay" :)
How do my parents handle OJD? Uhm...let me see...my dad calls them "Sellouts" because they did Camp Rock. My mom gets uber annoyed that I love them. My dad will take me to any concert of theirs as long as it is in the State of Missouri!!
How does my family handle OJD? My brother hates them!! My uncle who's a cop refused to be their personal body guard for a concert they did in ST. Louis because he wanted to see me cry!! My other uncle who looks like a blonde Nick, mocks me when I say something about them!
How does my community react to OJD? Well, my writing teacher thinks it's cool that Nick has diabetes (she has diabetes too), all the guys at school will do a bad impression of them singing: "When you look me in the eyes" the guy at the grocery store hates it when I come in singing Year 3000!
I think my mom is probably the least interested in it.
But they aren't bad....
They just don't really care much about it.
My parents arent mad about it. they know i have posters and buy a mag with posters of them almost everytime i go to the store. they do tell me when they're on and i get so excited. before i had OJD, tey would come on tv with the Hold On vid/Year 3000 and i would get so excited inside and not show it because i knew i was too old for them*im now a sophmore in college* but now idc!! they now how much i love JOE and all of them so . . . my brothers pick on me about them but that's it. my aunt actually tried to help me win tix to a concert earlier this year when sunny 95 was giving away a 4-pack of tix to the august 23rd show here in columbus but i didnt get ne . . . i almost did though. but whenever i get a new mag, i always pay for it myself. however, i'm so over flowing w/ posters b/c they are now going on my ceiling!!!!! its so crazy. my friends dont like them so i have no one to talk to about them except here, another forum, and the girls at work *i work w/ the kidscape afterschool program*. So basically my whole family knows how obsessed i am with them and i'm ok with that. i hope they dont mind next friday when Camp Rock comes on ALL WEEKEND!!! WOOT WOOT!!!!!!
Well, both me and my sister have major OJD. So they have to deal with both of us. Hahaa.
My Mom is great. When we are in the store or something, and she sees something with them on it she'll like, grab it and pet it and say something funny or point it out to us. Like today in FYE she found an issue of Popstar, started petting Nick on the cover and was like "oooo...loooook~~" haha. She'll always tell us when they are on TV, or the radio, or whatever. She only gets slightly annoyed with us when we play them in the car too much. But she deals with it. We even make her play the 'who is singing game', and she isngs along to the songs. When we got tickets to a concert for this summer, she said that she wanted to see them too with us. She'll stare at pictures of them in our rooms and start judging them. Hahaa. I love it.
My Dad just ignores it. Mostly makes fun of us for liking them, or calls them gay to annoy us. Haha. He won't stand for any Jonas music playing in the car. He gets mad. He generally doesn't care though. He tells us if they are on tv, and stuff like that. He doesn't mind.
both my sister and i have OJD as well ... my parents are fine with our OJD,
my mom laughs when they come on tv and i get excited, but she got us tickets to their concert, which is four hours away :D

My sister and i are ojd too! I think it's brought a lot of sisters together, which is great!
My parents just get annoyed, but then they like to take advantage of my ojd and like trick me. They'll scream that the jonas brothers are on tv or something and i'll fall for it EVERY TIME! lol. But once they get REALLY annoyed then i say that i could be listening to some music w/profanity and bad lyrics etc. and then they shut up :)

my dad says I need 2 go 2 jonas rehab. I was like no way! I'm gonna marry them! You'll see! one day I'll take home nick jonas and he'll be you're son-in-law! My dad was like yeah right! my mom sings their songs lol
