omg!! i hope that's photoshopped! If it isn't, Miley did a baddd thing. Yeah, its okay to be curious, but she shouldn't be telling little girls that it's okay to "experiment". next thing you know, tons of 6 year old are going to be on drugs. gahhh. haha just kidding, hopefully that wouldn't happen :] I mean, i'm the same age as her and yeah, i'm curious but i will neverrrrrr experiment, ever.
