I need some serious help on transforming my profile.
I want to post a fanfic on it, and I want to just make it look nice.
Can someone please please help me?
yeah i find the profiles sort of hard to use sometimes. the only thing i'm really struggling with is i don't know how to get a video into my computer to upload on mine! if you know how to do that i'd be so happy.
you can post your fanfic on the fanfic thread...more people will probably see it and you can get feedback.

Your don't know to upload the video onto your computer, or you don't know how to put it on your profile?
I posted it on the fanfic thread, but I just wanted to give more people a chance to read it. I mean, its in my signature though. So I guess I really don't need to.

I'm thinking you'd have to convert the video into a saved file on your computer, and then you could upload it into your "my media" module.
I think that would work.
If you want to try, you can convert a youtbue video at mediaconverter.org
You only have to have the address for the video, and it will convert it.
I hope thats what you have to do.
in the second step of the site, what is the file type i use?

I always do mp4, but I don't know if thats what you need for this website.
