Alright so i bought my membership while i was buying tickets and i paid the 35 dollars or whatever it was.

Then in about 10 days an email came with the promotional code so i made an account on jonasbrothersfanclub.com

Now i cant get into the community part of the site because it says that's not included with my current acount and it says my account is not active. I got the account a while ago and i paid all the money so what's going on??
