this is ttly and completely random, but i was really scared so i wanna get it off my chest...
ok so i was at my first day of v-ball conditioning today (for those of you who dont know, its basically like practices before the official season starts, but they are more drills to get you in shape for the season). we were running laps around the YWCA and i started coughing, which is normal for me, since i always have this terrible cough and i cough a lot. but i couldnt stop now. when i did stop i couldnt breath. i was shaking and crying and my coach told me to sit down. so i did but i still couldnt stop shaking and crying i was so scared cuz i seriously could not breath! i dont knwow at was wrong i had to call my dad so that he could pick me up and take me home early. i wasnt able to breath properly until i got home... i dont have asthma (not regular asthma) but my coach thinks i might have active asthma... i was honestly so scared it had never happened before and i played volleyball last year...
yea so i know you guys didnt really care but i just wanted to say it cuz im bored and i wanted to get it off my chest... haha i dunno if im gonna go tomorrow... ah it was so scary i was hyperventalating for like an hour and a half
i think the panic attack was likey wat hapened, but i dont really know because i dont know wat panick attacks are usually like
