what to think...you think you could help me decipher this silly boy please??

yesterday i was looking at out call board which is right outside his office and he was at his computer desk which, from his seat he can look right out at whoever is at the callboard...so i was looking and i saw him looking at me..so i turned to look and he looked down but looked back again and i blushed and walked away...then we were doing group stuff and he avoided my group like the plague then when he walked over he only stayed for like a second...oh and then we went to the library and he was standing at the top of the stairs and watched me walk up...i was like what are you doing?! but i didn't actually say it but when i got a paper from him the other day i'm the only one he didn't talk to...and then when he had to give me a part of my project and he looked at me and smiled and was like "hey there...*smile*...Spencer" i was like...way to not know my name...so idk what to think

so what do you think??i think he thinks i'm really weird personally...but idk...and it's driving me crazy lol...
