I absolutely love this series. I have for a few years now. It is just so amazing, it has a bit of every genre, and I love it.
I am excited for the movie.
However, I am also sad. As much as I love hearing more people talk about it, I am sick of hearing it everywhere I go, seing people carry it at school...wah..I miss before.

really?! i didnt know they were that old! i just know that two people i know are obsessed with them. one girl in my science class is so in love with the series. hah. i remember once i doodled 'I love Nick J' on my side of my paper and she looked at it and then doodled 'I love Edward Cullen' on hers. hah
and then my best friend absoloutely loves it and loaned it to me the other day. she threatened me menacingly while shoving it into my hands, growling "READ IT." like, she thinks it will enlighten my life or something. lol
so i have yet to read it. :]

I love those books. I took the first book with me on vacation last summer, thinking I could read it when I got bored. But I ended up reading then entire thing the first night. So I made my parents go out and find the next book in the series.

lmao my friend did the same he never reads books. EVER! and then one day isee him like totaly sucked in this book. i was like wtf? lol i was like must be some amazing book if ur reading it lol

Awww, I simply love those books! =)
I know a lot of girls who are obsessed with twilight, I'm one of them, hehe.
But I don't know whether I will watch the movie. When I read a book I live in my own little dream world. After watching the movie about the book all my own pictures go lost, there are only these movie pics, that bothers me.
And I kinda don't like the actors.
At the moment I am reading the third book again (hehe, I read it again and again), and I realize I kinda don't like Bella. She's not symphatic to me. I don't know why. Maybe because I really like Jake, and everytime he shows Bella a little his love she says "Um, I have to go now", I don't like this behavior. Poor Jake.
And when she thought it wouldn't matter when the Cullens kill some people to become a little stronger. And when she wanted Edward to stay with her and not to fight. I think she's selfish, Alice (I like her very much) or another Cullen would have been dead, just because Bella is cowardly.
Hm, I don't know whether someone feels like that, too, so I wanted to share. :]

I don't really like the actors either, but whenever I say that people kill me.
I like to have mental images, but I know that mine will be lost too. That is very unfortunate....
I agree with you on the Bella thing. I liked her in book 1 a lot. Then in two I did, but at the same time I did not. When I was reaidng Eclipse I started to not like her..which I found odd. It could be for the same reason as you, Jacob. I really like him, and I don't like the say she treated him and avoided him and ugh..I felt really bad for him at the end of Eclipse.
