Well, i USE to be a girl scout, back in the day.haha.
my mom, was the leader. it was pretty fun. I do remember that i sold the most cookies once, but i can't remember how many? yep. And like all of the girls with my troop raised about 600$. i think my favorite part was making little crafts. oh and once i went to girl scout "camp". that was..interesting. all the girls had to stay in this big house. it was like a big sleepover!
:] good timesssss.

The leader's daughter always sells the most! lol I just remember back in the day doing crafts and running around like crazy.....
But i do have one camping story, in 5th grade it was the first time we were in tents w/o moms and my tent was the really loud fun tent. It was like 1:00 and some mom was coming toward our tent to tell us to shut up, then some guy far away yelled "i'm gonna go get my gun!" so the mom dove into the tent and we ducked down, pretty much scared out of our minds. And then the moms all tried to calm us down but being little 5th grade girls we didn't even sleep. In the end they found out it was some guy on the road above the valley we were in, and the cops caught him later that night, needless to say we had a pretty awesome story to tell the boys at school the next monday!
I went to girl scout camp too, i went to Camp Lakota in California
Edit: oh and at camp some girl set off the smoke detector by spraying but spray on it....we had to stand outside for like 1/2 an hour w/no shoes! You are the light of the world, a city set on a hill can not be hidden Mt 5:14

anyway, im glad you guys were safe! thats awful some random guy would do that. i can not remember the name of my camp...it was in south carolina.
but i would be so mad if someone at our camp did that!
we just had some "catty" fights at our camp. btw, i was the 5th grade too.

Not everything made you stronger. It was possible to survive, yet still be crippled for your trouble. Sometimes it was okay to run away, to skip the test, to chicken out. Or at least to get some help.
