This is extremely old from the BOBWT. But it's sooooooo funny. bahahhaa joe is like really hyper. I mean REALLYYYY hyper. Going crazy and jumping on kevin's back. Then around :46 miley tries to hug him, but she can't get his attention so she taps him on the butt. bahaha
Joe looks really suprised like "hey!", then kevin cracks up. <3 ha.
