Guys please don't start this Nelena stuff again. Nick says they're just friends and I believe him, and you should too.
I think they're moving to Dallas to get away from all the drama and stuff. To get into a quiet area. They're moving to a town w/ 700 people in it, and their community has like 333 homes and you have to have an invitation to get in.
They're close to DFW and have airport access (a car that comes to get you i mean), it's in a rural area, it's gated, it's expensive (for Texas. The house they bought is about 2 mill), and it is very, very quiet up there.
The community is nice, too.
Oh, and they have a very nice golf course. That's a bit random of me to say, but it is. We had a family friend who owned a home there, and we went to his house once and went to play golf =D

I highly doubt that they moved there for "Nick's girlfriend".

Apparently they bought on a street kind of out there, by that I mean no one's really there. So that's very private.
And you should check out the security features of this place. My God...
- The main entry gate is guarded 24 hours-per-day while secondary entries, monitored by Vaquero guards, allow key access through a toll tag system.
- The community is protected behind a six to eight foot perimeter wall of stacked stone tastefully designed to blend in with the Vaquero environment.
- All of Vaquero's Village Homes come equipped with a comprehensive security system as a standard feature. Protection includes all opening windows and doors; monitored heat and smoke detectors; flush mounted interior sirens, and motion detectors in strategic locations.
- Additional home automation and security add-ons in our Village Homes include automatic lighting control, heating and cooling management, and remote panic buttons or medic d share =D
