im an new flyer for high school cheer ( i was a back in middle school ) and we are doing some basic stunts like step up drills...but now we are doing SHOULDER STANDS! and i am sooo scared out of my mind! my squad practiced doing them and i was shaking so much that the bases were shaking because of my shaking and it messed up the whole stunt! it may be scary for me as a new flyer but im really really scared about it
i really need help on shoulder stands! any advice? please helppp me!!!

Just stay as tight as possible in the air. Don't stick your butt out, and trust who's helping you up. Bases are bases for a reason, and you'll be fine. If you look up, you'll be fine as well. Looking down hypes up the sensation of being unsure of yourself in the air.
I'm sure you'll do fine if you just practice :)
i know a little bit...you should probably stay tight in the air, like Molly said, trust the bases, and the people who are going to catch you will catch you. :) practice can help. :)
IDK wut to say. Cuz I usually would be a base so IDK how I can help. Juss trust ur bases and stay calm is all i can say!! = )
