I think your link is messed up.....most photobucket image tags don't look like that.
So, I think maybe you copied the wrong URL for the code. Could you copy a different one?
You usually don't have this (bolded text) in a photobucket code:
http://s263.photobucket.com/albums/ii133/NickChick27/?action=view¤t=proud2.jpg
At least, I don't think so.
