touring with avril????

okay so i'm going to the burning up concert in hartford, but when i go onto ticketmaster and stuff, it tells me the tickets are for avril lavigne and the jonas brothers! i thought that the concert was just the jonas brothers and demi lovato. does anyone know what's going on?? i thought the avril tour was just in europe...

It's a Jonas thing. You wouldn't understand...

Apparently, according to LiveNation, there are a few dates where the Jonas Brothers are double headlining with Avril. But, Demi is still opening. So it will be Demi, Avril and Jonas. According to Tickemaster, if you are going to a concert from 7/22 to 7/30, or the 8/02 date, it will be a double headliner with Avril.

yea i was wondering about that to. maybe shes opening up for them...cuz even tho she has been out longer than them their still bigger than her.

they are opening up for her in england cuz over there shes bigger than them...JB basically have to start over back at the bottom and work their way up over there. so maybe they just asked her to come open for them cuz she been having trouble in amercia,lol she couldnt sell her shows here.

which would totally stink because it's my last concert before i go to college so i really want like the whole thing...

Yeah, I noticed that too. And it stinks, cause I want it to be all Jonas. But I suppose there are worse people who could be headlining with them...

Generally, double headliners mean that the two main acts will each play their own set, and from what i have heard, the sets are shorter. So if the whole Jonas and Avril double headliner thing is really happening, then the Jonases set would be shorter than if it was just them playing.

I'm really confused about this. On ticketmaster, all the Burning Up tour dates say Jonas Brothers and Avril Lavigne. If Avril was JB's opening act, wouldn't it say Jonas Brothers with special guest Avril Lavigne, like it did with Rooney on the LMITE tour? I really hope my concert (the July 26th Hartford CT show) is just JB. I like Avril and all, but I wanna see JB! I don't want their set to be shortened. :[

i mean, if it's like the WYLMITE tour, and there are two opening bands, that would be cool. cause i just really want to see my jonas boys. i definitely don't want their set to be shortened, especially since i have such good seats. if i get to see less of them - i'm gonna be so sad!

i really hope that avril's set is shorter than JB's, cause i mean, it is THEIR tour. i definitely don't hate avril, but i don't like her either. so i was hoping it would be all jonas.

oo i taught jb was opening 4 avril && i turned down these tickets in i think indiana 4 them but its all goood cuz i got tickets anywayss

I'm so confused!

I'm going to the Hartford show too and was surprised when I printed my tickets and saw that it said they were with Avril. I thought that was only for Europe.

The weirdest part was that I went to check her offical page and her 2008 tour dates say she's somewhere I can't even pronouce the day of the CT show. And if you check to compare the other dates she's like on the opposite end of the world. So I'm hoping it's just our boys this summer.

Wouldn't you think they would promote her in the commercial along with Demi? We need official news. ASAP
