yes i'm pretty sure you've got it right. jb does the 8 or so shows opening for avril and then goes off to do their own little tour...all in the uk, too.
when jb comes back to the states they'll begin the bigger "burning up tour" with demi lovato as the opening act.
i'm not positive about the sizes of the shows but that's how i've taken all of this. yeah it is pretty confusing!
I'm pretty sure they are double-headlining for the 8 shows...because I don't think they would be opening for her on their tour, and I know what you mean about Live Nation. It's under their tour.
