The boys would NEVER lead a fan on, because it isn't fair. Think about it: They give a kiss to a fan, touch their butt whatever, that's totally leading them on. Eventually, they're gonna forget about that fan but the fan isn't going to forget about that. There are 3 jonas brothers, and 3 million fans. It's a little easy for the Jonas Brothers to forget someone they only see once in their life haha.
