sorry, My pc is all jacked up, i can't post anything, just go to Miley-Cyrus.com and read the article on how Miley stold some bands song, they mention JB! in it...Which makes me really pissed off, I would write more and my opinion on this.....But My pc is screwed up.
yea it's stupid and the beginning of Rockstar off the Hannah Montana album sounds a little like some song and it's only a little bit of it and then the rest sounds nothing like it haha i guess that band was trying to get some of her money or whatever. But we all know that the boys have taken some of Busted's songs but Busted let them and it was kind of to start the boys off
Yeah,everyone thinks that they stole Year 3000 from Busted. But that would've been illegal,anyways.
People just want to find reasons to hate the Jonas Brothers and/or Miley Cyrus.
Oh,and don't feel bad about your PC. My laptop has the key covers coming off,so it's hard to type capitol letters and 'v's.

yeah you can cover songs with the band's permission, like how jb did with "take on me". they bought the rights, which is what they did with "year 3000". but sometimes bands/artists take pieces of other bands/artists' songs which is illegal. it's plagairism (sp?) and it can happen in any sort of writing.
i think the beginning of "sos" sounds oddly like the beginning of fall out boy's "the take over, the break's over". cyrus's new song "7 things" (i'm not a big fan but i checked out the songs anyway) sounds a lot like a relient k song "who i am hates who i've been" in the chorus.
and a lot of aly and aj songs have lyrics that pracically mirror each other "like i'm walking on broken glass", "roller coaster ride", "up and down"...but i don't know if that would be stealing since the lines are short.
but i don't think the hannah montana song stole from that band. it sounded familiar but it wasn't identical.

that is so retarded! ppl are just trying to find the dumbest reasons to not like jb, and realizing theres no reasons! why do ppl always relate jb to miley, or the other way around??? just bcuz they toured 2gether doesnt mean they are anything like eachother, or make the same choices....and the song barely sounds like Rockstar, ppl should just lay off of miley for awhile.....shes got way to much to deal with and this just adds to it.

The band Lustra thinks Miley created 'Rockstar' from their song 'Scotty Doesn't Know'
I personally don't see the resemblance, but whatever. Miley didn't even write or produce it. So whatever they think she did, isn't her fault.
