The new press release for the Jonas Brother's next album clearly states that they only premiered 3 songs on their last tour. "Don't Take My Heart & Put It On A Shelf" not being one of them.
I said this before, & I'll say it again. Just because they perform songs on their tour does NOT mean that they are automatically going to be on thier new album.
Anyway I've seen some comments from this site & others saying that they want the song on the album really bad & that they're upset that it doesn't seem like it will be. But people, let's be honest, would you rather have another brand new track written by the boys themselves? (They've written & recorded tons of tracks for the album.) Or would you rather them take a new track off for a cover song that you can hear on youtube anytime?

I'm clearly asking if the fans would rather have a brand new song by the Jonas Brothers on their new album, or would they rather have the cover of "Don't Take My Heart & Put It On The Shelf." It's like a poll, except I didn't put one up.
For future reference:
A. I'd rather have a brand new track over the cover song on the new album
B. I'd rather have "Don't Take My Heart & Put It On The Shelf" than a brand new song.
Pick one.
Don't Take My Heart And Put It On a Shelf isnt a cover. Take On Me is...

but during the tour they said multiple time "we are playing songs from the new record"
