I was walking down the street and I saw a pretty girl, so I thought I'd say 'hey'. "They said something so cool, it was like 'hiyo' or 'heya' or something. That's like a karate noise, I thought I was going to be hit in the face." Fellow band member Kevin confessed that having a lot of female attention isn't always a good thing, saying: "A girl chain-linked herself to a pole outside our house the other day. That was a new one!" The Nokia Green Room airs Sunday at 1.10pm on Channel 4

I have a few friends from England and their accents are awesome - but they've never said anything like 'hiya' or 'heyo'. haha it's basically just and 'eh' sound.

WHAT! THATS CRAZY!

I find it hilarious that a girl chain-linked herself to a pole near their house.  I can picture Joe like looking out his bedroom window and being like, "Uh, mommy I'm scurred!"  And mama J responds, "Why honey?"  Joe says,"There's somebody chained to a pole in our front yard!"
