That's so sad. I recently had my dog pass away, I also picked him out when I was 5 years old.

its ok to cry over your dog. my first dog...we had her before i was even born...and when i was...about...7 or 8...she died of old age and i was torn apart..i as crying and just mad...my dad had buried her before we gothome from school and she always ran away...forsome reason she liked to run to neighbors and stuff and we had to go find her. so i just thought she ran up the street again and i went looking for her... my dad didnt wantme to cry so i understand why he said she ran away and then he told me later on. i think around that time i really started to understand death thats why i was soo upset. but yea...and maybe 3 years after that i actually had a dream about her and woke up cryin... I MISS DUSTY!! (her fur color,lo...she was soo cute)
