That's happened to me before. i don't know why it does that, it made me quite mad. Haha. But he is? i'll have to go see...
And i'd also like to say... i swear, i saw that picture and all the fifteen inches plus of snow outside just melted. Haha.

Is Joe just wearing a normal dog tag like as an accessory (like necklace) or is that a medical one and he has a medical condition?!?!?!?!?
That's what i'm wondering, too, now. i can't really see what's written on the necklace. So, i really don't know. But if it were for some medical reason, i don't know what it would be. i mean, besides lack of sleep, he seems fine. O_o
