that is hilarious. just because that just seems so much like him - i can see myself filling something out JUST like that.
my favorite part has to be where it asks what he first notices about a girl and he says "their elbows." HAHAHAHA. I realize that afterwards he writes "their lips and eyes" but still, the elbow thing was hilarious.
