A bit spastic, perhaps? 
So I was showing my two friends, who are not huge JB fans, all these random YouTube videos of the boys. I'm not sure which one we were watching, but my friend kept saying how much of a spaz Joe was when he sings.

I actually think it's kind of cute. [:
