Have you guys noticed that Joes voice is different? And I don't mean different in a good way. Different as in he's not very good anymore If you listen to him live he isn't as good as he used to be. It could just be because he sings so many concerts that he's losing his voice or something, but it is true, as much as I hate to admit it.
Okay you guys, PLEASE don't be mad at me for saying this because I'm a HUGE fan of Joe and I hate myself for saying it. I still love him and I still enjoy listening to him.
His voice is probably really tired. The boys need a LOOONNG deserved break.

yeaa i think those concerts have a bit to do with it that and the fact that they are the most non-stop, never sleeping, always moving, hard-working guys i have ever seen in my life.

I'd definitely say that it's a result from their tiring scedules. And because he's almost never playing the guitar, he's the one constantly moving, which makes it harder to sing at the same time. Maybe sometimes his voice isn't completely flawless, but I've seen clips of him singing like a month ago, and his voice was absolutely gorgeous. After a long tour, he's entitled to have some off days.

He sounds more tired at concerts, probably because he's always jumping around! I mean it is Joe haha
I've witnessed other artists that sing tiredly because they're exhausted from jumping onstage
I can definitely understand that his voice might not be fantastic all the time...the boys were doing like 5 shows a week. for months. That's pretty intense on your vocal chords.
But you also have to keep in mind that the sound quality of that video, and others i've seen of their shows on youtube, isn't all that great...especially with all the screaming in the background....so I don't think anyone could make a real assessment of his vocal abilities based on that. And also, like everyone said, he's constantly moving and jumping around and dancing and going nuts so it's obviously not going to be near as good as if he were just singing.
And I thought he sounded pretty amazing at both the VMAs and on the premiere of Ellen.
Hopefully the boys will give themselves a bit of a break and take very very good care of themselves and their voices....because those Jonas boys = and I would totally hate to see them getting overworked.
