You Dont Even Know = nick's diabetes 

So i don't know if anyone has ever posted this yet but i thought it was really cool to know nick wrote a song about his diabetes! it must be so hard for him to deal with but yet he's doing everything for his fans which i think is just incredible!

I heard that song! I hope it makes it on their new album! Thats a cute picture of him and my sister says their music means nothing at all but it does mean something to them and maybe us.
