i think his teeth look beautiful now but he definitely did something. i liked the imperfection too. what a cutie
and same with demi. i looved the gap. it made her so much more natural. it probably was disney. that would be my guess

Ugh. Why do I have a problem with this? I have no idea why, but this bugs me.
I'm sure he's wanted it done, because he rarely smiled until recently. His confidence has probably gone up because of this, but I can't shake the feeling that they're {The three of them} becoming like products to be perfected and then sold through mass distribution.

yeah I agree that those smiles make them who they are but i like the fact that nick smiles more now and it seems like his confidence went up. either way, he's still a cutie ^^ i know disney are trying to make them perfect, but as their true fans we shouldn't really worry because we know they will always be our boys <3
no, peoples teeth arent perfect what does the dentist do? fix them. it happenes to everyone, its not so he can sell his image better. im glad that he feels more confident now and smiles more =]
Nick did wear a retainer awhile ago, but i'm guessing it was probably just at night. remember the really old day in the life video, from back when the very first album was released? there's a part where Nick's like "retainer time" and put's his retainer in before bed. if i remembered that right and i'm not completely crazy, that's probably what straightened his teeth, 'cause that first picture is pretty old.

I kind of liked his unperfect smile. It showed just how real he was, ya know?
But... I did notice that his teeth seemed whiter and straighter. And I bet that's why he's been smiling more lately, showing teeth.
Because before a smile for him didn't show his teeth. It's like he was self-conscious about them or something. But now that they're straight and white, he's smiling more.
He used to have a retainer (A Day In The Life Of The Jonas Brothers, he says so). Maybe he gave up on it and just paid for the straightening, which is expensive. If I could get it done, same with whitening, trust me, I would've done it already.
And the thing about Demi's gap, Disney may have. Or maybe she wanted to get it done before she did a big movie.

but if i had the money. i would probably get my teeth fixed too.
