ok so on oceanup.com they have pictures of nick doing flips at the teen choice awards...and im not an expert on sprained ankles or anything but wouldnt it take longer than that to heal???

I depends on how bad the sprain is!! And also he sprained his ankle?!?! Nick needs to be more careful!! No more flipping around for you young man! *gives Nick, a mom glare*
yeahh, it does probably depend on how bad the sprain was maybe its just healed fast (: lol
If you ice it a lot and compress it with heat they can heal really fast. I sprain my ankles all the time. It might take a couple days at the most.
yeah,ive sprained my ankle in volleyball and it healed in two days,so it depends on how bad you sprained it and if you have a brace on it or not.
