hmm,well when year 3000 was released ,i was all like,this is a good band,but not reallyy a fan personish.
then for aquamarine soundtrack i became more of a fan,listing to all there stuff,and there youtube videos,
but i got ojd in summer 07.
After I bought the Auqamarine soundtrack back in 2006, I fell in love with Time For Me To Fly. But I didn't actually become a huge fan until about last summer. It was Nick's voice and Kevin's looks that really attracted me to them.
whoaa! how did i NOT notice they were on that soundtrack? i remember being obsessed with that movie. :p ..or at least the songs on it. was it actually in the movie, or just on the soundtrack?? i even wrote a blog on myspace on how amazing the music was in that movie.. lmaoooo.
I'm not sure if it was in the actual movie or not. I'll have to watch it and find out. But yes, all the music in that movie was amazing!
since they're on TRL...to be honest, I fell in love with the song Mandy first, and then I searched them online and heard other songs... it's 2006..
my friend turned me onto them, so in early 2006.
they were doing a free verizon concert and my friend dragged me there. i thank her to this day!!

haha well i confess that i just heard of them 6 months ago , and i even know the day and the date (Tuesday, 22nd of Jan) and OJD started from ther. I'm an aussie and they just became really popular over here recently.
Well, it depends on how you look at it.
I fell in love with Year 3000 i think in early spring 07. And we bought It's About Time, cause my sister loved them. I mean, they were good, but I wasn't a huge fan. I was excited when I learned they would be coming to Six Flags parks, but we went to one show and sat in the back.
And I was hearing "SOS" and "Hold On" all summer long, and I liked them. Then I became a fan, in late July, after we saw them live. So I've been a real fan for a year, but I've known of them for a little longer.
Now the OJD started in September. From there, its gotten worse.
i don't remember the exact date...but it was when they were on TRL with Mandy...so yeah, that was like, sometime like in 2005 or 2006...:)
