i thought it was just me who noticed that! at first i thought just kev had one, like a fan gave it to him or somthing, but then i saw this pic a couple days ago.....maybe a fan gave them each one...? even mrs j.......idk but i have one thats sorta like it, only mines teal...!

This was backstage at the Teen Choice Awards. Usually they have gift stations set up for the performers and celebrities who come and they get to take home gifts. So I think that is where they got their bracelets from. And they are all showing off the bracelets to the camera's to advertise it.
I think that I have that exact bracelet. My aunt gave it to me. I'll check when I get home and post a picture if I do.
