This was backstage at the Teen Choice Awards. Usually they have gift stations set up for the performers and celebrities who come and they get to take home gifts. So I think that is where they got their bracelets from. And they are all showing off the bracelets to the camera's to advertise it.

I thought it was supporting something like they have those armstrong wristbands. At first I thought that could've been from the Chevy Rocks the Future event and they were wearing green for the enviorment, but I realized I was wrong XD
this does make sence! =]
