Ok so i wrote a one shot but like no one read it one the forums but i emailed it to my friend and she loved it so please read it and tell me what you think  

My Kevin One Shot

You Just Didn’t Know It . (One Shot)

    Beth sat on the beach. The sand felt cold. It was almost dark. Her vacation was almost over.  That’s  if you could call it a vacation. She started to think about her life. She was 17 and already graduated from high school. What did she want to do with it. Her thinking was soon interrupted by Kali, her 3 and a half year old adopted sister. She was Korean. Her parents had adopted her as a baby so Beth’s family was the only one she knew.  Kali was soaked  and she came up to Beth to give her a big hug. They lived about 4 hours from the beach. So Beth brought Kali up for the weekend. “Why don’t you go find me a seashell?” Beth asked Kali. Before she could get another word in Kali was back by the crashing waves.  A few people were coming down the empty beach  from the distance.  They were fully dressed to be on a beach, but whatever floats your boat.  They were walking faster now. Forget walking they were running. Three of them looked like they were racing each other. Beth hoped they would watch out for Kali! Beth started to run down to Kali but they beat her to it. Kali was running up and they were running across. She ran into one of them and hit the side of his knee. She immediately feel on her back and began to cry . Beth ran faster now. Finally she reached the wet sand where her sister lay.
    “I am so sorry, I didn’t see her  and she hit my leg…”
    “She’s fine, I don’t see anything other than a little bump on the head.” Beth said as  she brushed back the hair around Kali’s face.
    “Hi, I’m Kevin.”
    “Yeah, you’re in Kali’s favorite band. Kali do you see who you bumped into?”  Kali’s face lit up as she  recognized Kevin.
    “Kevin!” she shrieked in a cute  3 year old voice. She extended arms up towards Kevin. He picked her up.
    “Hi, what’s your name?” Kevin said holding her in his arms.
    “Kali!” She answered still staring at him. Kevin and Beth smiled at each other. They held each others gaze until Beth looked down. She moved some sand with her feet. Kali broke there silence.
    “Can I have your name?” Kali asked smiling from ear to ear.
    “My name?” Kevin asked to Kali but really at directed at Beth. Beth butted in.
    “Your autograph, but Kali we don’t have anything for him to right on. So we won’t waste anymore of  your time” Beth reached over and took Kali away from Kevin. “Thank you for taking time to talk to her/” Beth reached over and shook Kevin’s hand.  She turned and stated off the Beach.
    “Kali!” Kevin yelled.
    “What?” She yelled back over Beth’s shoulder.
    “Ask you sister if she wants to go get something to eat” He said. Beth turned to face Kevin. She laughed. She wanted to but Kali was a mess.
    “Her sister would love too, but you might have to wait a minute until she changes Kali!” Beth answered.
    “Pick you up in an hour?” Kevin said smiling.
    “Room 107!” Beth yelled back as she put Kali down and raced her off the Beach.
    Beth entered there hotel room right off the Beach. She hurried up and bathed Kali, dressed her and did her hair. Beth turned on some cartoons and put Kali in front of it. She glanced at the clock, she had half an hour to get herself ready. Beth got out of the shower and did her hair. She looked at her suitcase she had nothing to wear. She pulled out her nicest  pair of dark jeans and a cute sleeveless baby doll flowered shirt. She grabbed her mascara and lip gloss, Beth brushed out her shoulder length  dark brown hair. It framed her baby blued eyes. There was a knock at the door.
    “Ready to go Kali?” Beth asked as she turned off the TV picked her up off the floor. She went to the front door and opened it. Kevin stood there.
    “Kevin!” Kali said happily and reached for him. He gladly held her.
    “Wow she loves you already” Beth said with a chuckle.
    “Ready?” Kevin asked as he offered his open arm to Beth.
    “If you are.” She answered as took his arm. Kevin took them to a restaurant that overlooked the ocean. Beth never felt so happy and worry free. She, Kevin and Kali laughed and joked and smiled. Kevin then took them on a trolley ride all around the beach town. Kali fell asleep on Kevin’s lap halfway. He walked Beth home and carried Kali back to there hotel room. “Thank you so much  for the amazing night. I don’t  think Kali or me will ever forget.” Beth said as Kevin laid Kali down on the bed.  “And I don’t think I’ll ever forget you either.” She finished. She felt her face turning red why did she have to add that. Kevin smiled,
    “I could tell I wasn’t going to forget you the minute I saw you running down the beach.” Kevin said as he faced Beth. “And  I could tell I wasn’t going to let you leave without making sure you didn’t forget me.” He took both of her hands.
    “Oh, really?” Beth said.
    “Yeah, you just didn’t know it.” Kevin said with a sweet smile. Kevin leaned closer and kissed Beth. Beth smiled then threw her arms around Kevin and kissed him back. They were never going to forget each other. They just didn’t know it yet.     

aw is that the end?
