Tickets

How many people got tickets?

I didn't and I've been trying for 45 minutes! Any advice on how to get through?

I did. My advice is to keep trying, open up a new page and go back on the fan club sites. We had already gotten the prosale code but they didn't tell us that. I think it's once you hit that landing page is when they send it to you. So go into 'my tickets' and it should be in there. I hope this helps. =]

The Fanclub. Go to 'My Account' & that is one of the options.
