The way I understand it, is that it doesn't matter what time u get to the box office cause u get wristbands and ur number will be called out randomly. If thats really the way it is, than I think that's just not right. I'm sorry, but that does not ensure the true fans will get good seats for the shows. I think it should be FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. That is the only FAIR SYSTEM to use and not some stupid LOTTERY SYSTEM. It's like they make a game out of this, seriously. I mean there are gonna be scalpers in the lines and if their number gets picked first, than how can that be a good system to use. I mean if there are ppl that camp out and they are the first ones there, then they should get the first tickets, period. And than if their number is picked last, than they camped out for nothing. It should not be that way. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED is the way to go. That is the only way to ensure that true fans get good seats. And honestly, I don't think I'm wrong.
I somewhat agree. It does give those of us who camp out a smaller chance of getting tickets, but it does make it fairer, sorta...It's just that many people don't want to camp out, I mean the closest venue near me will probably be in Washington D.C., and if you have been there recently you know its not so grand a place. They don't want us camping out, and figure if they use the lotto system less people would show up early or the day before. but yeah, true fans who show up early should get first choice. But then again....I dunno, but this is they way it is.
I mean the thing is, first it was that the first 20 rows are gonna be saved at the box office and it was supposed to be FIRST COME FIRST SERVED and then all the sudden everybody talked about this lottery system, that it doesn't matter what time u show up. U might sleep there and not get a ticket cause of that. It just doesn't seem fair at all. I know this is the way it is now, but at first they said it was FIRST COME FIRST SERVED and that they wanted to make sure that the true fans get the best seats. And scalpers have the same chance now as everybody else. I still think that the lottery system is not a good one.
I'm a true fan, but my parents would never agree to letting me stay overnight for anything or do they have the time in there lives to wake up at 3:00am in the morning to go get me tickets. They are hard working people whose lives don't revolve around Jonas.
I understand that some of you can do this but it isn't fair to those of us who can't and have been fans since day one. I've been there since 2005 and haven't been able to go to a concert, so no offence or anything, but I'm glad all of you can't camp out because it levels the playing field for everyone. And besides, there will be those of you who come early anyway.
I think it's good because it's reasonable. I don't have to worry about not getting seats because of those crazy fans who camp out 50 days before.
First come first serve doesn't mean that the first people who come are automatically the best fans anyway. It just means that they are allowed or have a way to come early, it has nothing to do with being a great fan because I know people who can go just because it's close to where they live. Or people who have been fans for a day and can make it cause their parents will let them.
Well maybe this system is not as bad as I thought at first. I was just afraid that if ticket brokers showed up there and their # gets picked first than that wouldn't be fair. But when I heard that these ticket brokers would actually pay homeless ppl $5- $10 to sleep in front of the box office for like ten days, I was just like that's wrong to use these ppl for that. It just shows that ticket brokers are complete idiots and that they need to get a real job. I mean my sister would have been the one who would camp out there and get tickets. I would have done that for her but I can't cause I got school on Saturdays. So it's maybe not that bad that they are doing it that way. I just heard that there was a lot of girls crying cause they couldn't get tickets cause their # was last. I know these boys are doing there best to make their fans happy. And I think thats absolutely great. I think it should be illegal to be a ticket broker. They just rip off the ppl, and that's not right.

There's basically a 50/50 chance that you're going to get a ticket, and maybe even less of a chance then that because of the amount of people that will be outside each of these box offices. I live about 3 hours away from the venue where they're going to be the closest too, and we're already having terrible weather.. I'm not about to take a chance of driving in terrible weather to probably get shut down when I can stay at my warm house and order reasonable seats online!
