okay i'm a little confused too but here is my theory

if you listen to the infamous "kevin " interview, amist the questions he says the will be ANNOUNCING the tour dates the 29 , not going on sale , like E! said .

now don't quote me on that  , ahahah it's just what i think . hope i helped a little :]

i think E! had it wrong.

i think if the tickets were going onsale the 29th i think they would have started announcing dates lol
