i had that problem too, but on that page, they should have given you a link to your account that says My Tickets. if you click on it, it takes you TO your presale code. Best of Luck!
Yup, i was having that prob too but like the other person said, finally they gave me a link to my account and then to my tickets and it let me see the code. But yeah i hope u were able to get tickets! I did, not good ones, but i did lol.
