I actually can answer most of the meet and greet questions.
Besides the Team Jonas contest, there is a contest for Chevy.
Visit this website: http://disney.go.com/partners/rocktheroad/ and click on the area that says 'The Tour' and it has all the rules and info you need there.
I won for that contest and in line, there were people there that had won for Burger King and Verizon. So I'm assuming there's also a contest for the both of those, but I have no clue how to enter them.
And if you entered for the Team Jonas contest and win, they will leave a message. So you don't have to worry about missing the call.
I'm pretty sure that the Team Jonas contest is still open, but I'm not sure.
I also think that local radio stations give out meet and greet passes, but I'm not 100% sure on that one.
