Okay. I'm doing a five page essay on the song "Hold On" by the Jonas Brothers. I need to know one thing.
What do they mean when they say,
"So stop your wondering take a stand, There's more to life than just to live"
I think what it means is to stand up for what you believe in because life is short.
But that's just my opinion, I hope it helped though :)
Well i think "Stop your woundering take a stand" means to do what you belive and stand up for it, don't be worrying what other people will think.
And "There's more to life than just to live" Means that there's more to life than just doing what feels good in this life and living for the moment, you need to think about the future and what you belive in. This line also i think goes back to thier purity rings, how thier life is more than just living and doing what feels good, it's about doing whats right.

I think it means stop thinking about what you wanna do, but actually get up and do it! stand up for what you believe in and make your voice be heard. You cant enjoy life if you dont take risks because you cant just go through life like watever, u gotta actually make each day count
thats how i see it.....but when ur interpreting songs u cant really be wrong because something can be different to each person
