hey does any one know how to get meet and greet with out winning them on the radio cause i have never met them and i really really badly want to so please if you have any information please let me know

as far as i know, you have to win them through the radio or a contest.
at my friends concert they came out before the concert and signed things. but at my concert security was reallllly tight soo... i guess it depends on the venue you go to.
