Well where do you live? It could be different. All the 16 year old i know are sophmores. Is turning 16 the day after school starts for and she'll be a sophmore next year. But thats just how it is where i go to school so i dunno...
Yeah, it totally depends on where you live. Where I live he'd be a freshman because the deadline is September 1 or something like that but I don't know what it would be where he lived. Did they live in New Jersey when he would have started kindergarten?

thank-you all for answering my question.. yeah i thought he would be a sophomore because my 2 cousins were born in 1993 and they are in 9th grade.. but then i got confused because your school year is different to ours.. like it starts in Febuary and ends early December... so i wasn't sure about the age thing.. but thanks to everyone :D
He's considered a freshman i'm pretty sure, i heard it from a couple sources; i think even katie&kalrigh said so themselves, like kalriegh said they were in the same grade.
i could have sworn i heard that, i'm not crazy i promise haha.
but i do think some schools are different in grade levels and plus doing all their work would be hard on tour, who knows.
Im actually thinking hes a Freshman. If he still went to school in New Jersey hed be a freshman. My friend was born 7 days before him and shes a in 9th grade. and almost all of the 9th graders i know are either 14 or 15 where i live. so maybe its a jersey thing.
or a Missouri thing. =]
most people where I live are turn 16 during their sophmore year...so Nick would still be a freshman....but idk.
because Nick is Homeschooled he can be in any Grade he wants he can skip a few grades if he is smart enough or he could go back a few,
I know this one of my friends is homeschooled and she is the same age as me but she isa year above
Since i dont live the us I dont know for sure but I would say Nicks a sophmore, im 2 days older than him and im in the class of 2010 so I think Nick is as well
Yeah. When you're homeschooled u can skip around. My sister's friend is homeschooled, and is supposed to be in 3rd grade but does 5th grade stuff. And I remember them saying somewhere about Frankie doing stuff that isn't the grade he's supposed to be in...
But because of Nick's age, I think he'd be a freshman. In Texas, at least here, when you're 14 turning 15 you're in 9th grade, or a freshman. I'm a 1995, and in 6th grade, 7th graders are 1994, 8th is 1993, and 9th is 1992. But that's here.
he'd be a sophomore in new york
and jersey is the same i think
but home school can jump around
so who knows
