On the day of Pre-sales my aunt had to buy another membership to get through with the tickets and everything and it said they would send a confermation email regarding the new membership............ and also that they would refund for one of the member ships [[ if you already had one prior to that day]]] they credited one membership but now my original name wont work ? anyone know I emailed them but no response =[ anyone else have a problem
