I only went to the Miley tour so there wasnt one idk why but do they always have them..sorry i just really need to know please
They are definitely having meet and greets, but they are private, not public. So either you need connections, or you need to win passes through your top 40 radio station. Or if you are a Team Jonas member I believe they are holding some sort of contest to win. Good luck. :)
