Jonas Brothers meet and greets?

Please help! I have never been to a JB concert b/c i live in Nebraska, but there are going to have one on 7/21/08! Do they ever have meet and greets? I heard somewhere that they let the first 300-400 people get meet and greet passes. Is that true? Also, if you could give me any tips for meeting them, i would be happy!

The only way to go to a meet and greet is either to win passes through various contests or have very good connections.

I wanna meet them sooo bad!!! ive been like brainstorming ways that my best friend and i can go see them in buffalo but i don't know what the meet and greet situation is
