some websites says it's in new york, and others say it's in arizona. where is that and what is it?
I think it's in Phoenix, Arizona. And it's like an ice skating show that you need to buy tickets to. But I'm not 100% positive if that's right.

It just premieres on tv November 12th, that's why it says NBC. It's this annual event that always shows on NBC and it's always filmed here in Phoenix. This year's performers just happen to be the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, and Jordan Pruitt.
Lindsay's right. It's in Phoenix on the 12th of October, and it's being shown a month later on NBC.
Last year, I believe the Cheetah Girls performed at it.
