Is it 12 AM in european time, and you log into habbo.com and then just join or how is the deal?

No. Tomorrow, it will be on the Italian website habbo.it. You need to make an account there. The Jonas Brothers will log on at 12pm at Italy's time, 6am US eastern time. To enter, you click Enter Hotel that's on the top right of the website in a rectangular colored box(it will be in Italian though). Then, you should see Jonas Brothers...click that and you're in. Only 100 people can be in at one time so make sure not to get kicked out. You will be automatically kicked out if you're not talking in there.
