I think he is a Joe, with a bit more of common sense (not that joe isnt smart or anything, but uhm...well, he is just... JOE.)

i think his eyes are like kevins, because in this pic of nick and him- look how much lighter his eyes are!!!! i just noticed and was like. wow......

i never noticed that! AHHH SO CUTE

(Joe didn't want to be in a band or sing when he was little either)

Frankie totally reminds me of Joe. They may not look alike but they're both outgoing, daring, hilarious and cute!!!

he's starting to get nick's hair..
he has kevin's face..
and joe's personality..
he's sucha cutie :]
