Well, I guess I'll post chapter three. x] So yeah, comments make my day. Haha =D
Several weeks had gone by after my encounter with Joe. We had seen each other since then but barely ever talked. I was sitting in the living room flipping through channels on the plasma TV when I saw Joe’s face on one of them. I stopped on the channel and listened to what they were saying.
“Joe Jonas, middle Jonas Brother, dating actress Camilla Belle?! Let’s listen to what Joe has to say.” (A/N: I know, I totally stole the whole Joemilla rumor buuuutttt... =P) I dropped the remote, grabbed a pillow and screamed into it. Then when Joe came on I shut up and listened.
“We’ve heard rumors about you, Joe, dating Camilla Belle?” Asked the person interviewing him.
“There’s nothing going on between us. She’s a great girl.” He said with a grin. My mouth dropped as the first lady came back onto the screen.
“Sounds all too much like a lie. We’ll have to keep checking in with those two.” I shut the TV off and fell back on the couch.
He seriously has to get over himself, first Taylor – I forced myself to think her name – now Camilla. Just then my phone rang.
“Hello?”
“Spencer!” I heard Kevin’s familiar voice on the other line.
“Hey. What’s up?” I said.
“We’re having a barbeque later and Frankie wanted me to invite you. Haha. So, wanna come?” I considered the option.
“Sure, I’ll be there. What time?”
“Great! Uh, come over around 7:30, and bring a bathing suit!” Kevin said.
“Ok, can’t wait. See you guys soon!” I said before snapping my cell shut. It was almost 6:00 so I ran upstairs and got ready. I threw on my cute yellow sundress and silver Greek sandals. I placed a necklace around my neck and examined my reflection in the mirror. I smiled turning around looking for a bag. Luckily, a bathing suit and towel fit in the only bag that matched.
“Mom, I’m going over to the Jonas’ for a barbeque. I’ll be back later.” I yelled walking downstairs and waiting by the door.
“Ok. See you later honey!” My mother called from the kitchen. I opened the door and stepped outside. As I walked down my driveway I realized my intentions for wearing this outfit, Joe used to love it. Pull yourself together Spencer! Nick was sitting on the front porch looking at something when I approached him.
“Hey.” I said sitting down on the arm of the chair he was in. He looked up and smiled at me.
“Hey Spence! I missed you.” Nick stood up throwing his arms around me in a bone crushing hug.
“I missed you too Nick.” I managed. We walked through the house to the sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard. I looked around at the pool, the huge patio, and the mini golf green on the side yard (requests from Nicholas, of course). Nick had walked down the steps and made himself comfortable on a lounge by the pool. I put my stuff down at the table on the patio and looked around for Kevin.
“Hey Kev!” I said as he walked up to me.
“SPENCER!” He said excitedly, and again, I received another Jonas bone crushing hug. We sat down at the table and talked for a few minutes.
“Where’s Joe?” I finally asked.
“He should be here any minute…” Kevin said looking towards the front of the house.
“Actually here he comes now.” He pointed to the opening gate. When Joe walked in, my mouth dropped and I felt my whole body flush.
